Jessica Runge taught dance to 60 grade four students at
St. Margaret Catholic Elementary School in Toronto,
Ontario in January 2006.
Projects created by St.
led five sessions of about two and a half hours each with two
grade four classes. The classes included skills
building movement games and exercises as well as a small
group composition project. Students worked in groups of four
to six and created short dances which they presented (with music)
to the other students on the final day of class.
